  • Before Booking

All inquiries should be submitted through our contact form or by email at thebowballoons@gmal.com. Once we receive your message, we may send you a brief design questionnaire to collect essential event details and provide the most accurate quote. This helps us prepare your custom décor with care and precision.

  • Pricing & Custom Orders

All pricing includes tax and installation fees and is provided as a reference. Final quotes may vary depending on design complexity and event location.
Each custom balloon order includes up to three standard colors. Additional colors, foil balloons, florals, or specialty shapes are available for an added fee.
All products are custom-made, and therefore non-refundable.

  • Payment Terms

To reserve your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than two days before installation or pickup.

If your booking is placed within 7 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.

We accept Zelle and Venmo only. We do not accept cash payments at this time.

  • Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation fees are included in your total price and vary by location. Most installations require at least 90 minutes to 2 hours. We’ll coordinate timing with you based on venue access. In some cases, we may be able to install the evening before your event.

  • Rush Orders

Orders placed within 7 days of the event date may incur a rush fee. This fee covers expedited materials and preparation time needed to complete your design on time.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least one week before your event. In that case, we will apply your deposit to a future booking.
Cancellations made less than one week before the event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled or credited.

  • Rentals & Structures

We offer metal backdrop rentals in various sizes, which can be rented individually or as a set. Each backdrop can be covered in your chosen color.
All rentals include setup and takedown. A pickup or strike fee may apply depending on location and volume of equipment.

Clients must not move or adjust installed balloon arrangements or rented structures once placed.

  • Balloon Care Disclaimer

We use only high-quality, professional-grade balloons. However, balloons are sensitive to heat, sun, sharp objects, pets, and children. We are not liable for damage or deflation after installation or pickup due to environmental or handling factors. Any balloons damaged during setup will be replaced on site when possible.

We are based in Hudson, Ohio and proudly serve surrounding areas in Northeast Ohio.
